Most loyalty programs fail because they're designed around points, not people. At Zoön, I spent two years learning to design the other way around.
I joined as the first in-house Product Designer, hired to lead the transition from external to internal product development. Designing engagement platforms for clients like Siemens and Toyota taught me one thing above everything else: changing human behavior at scale requires more than good interfaces. It requires behavioral architecture.
The flagship product was Chile's first frictionless digital loyalty wallet — a Google and Apple Wallet pass. No app download, no account creation. Just a scan.
By the time I left: 12,000+ consumers enrolled, 2.7 repurchases per client on average, and a 27% increase in sales across partner locations.
